Wat is het?
Met deze opdrachtbevestiging kun je gemaakte (mondelinge) afspraken tussen een opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer schriftelijk vastleggen.
Waarom heb ik het nodig?
Je neemt twijfel weg over de vraag of een overeenkomst tot stand is gekomen. Ook kun je duidelijk vastleggen wat partijen van elkaar mogen verwachten.
Een opdrachtbevestiging is wettelijk gezien niet verplicht: mondelinge afspraken leiden ook tot een rechtsgeldige overeenkomst. Een opdrachtbevestiging geeft echter bewijs bij eventuele geschillen, terwijl bewijs van een mondelinge afspraak lastig is.
In de opdrachtbevestiging komt in ieder geval te staan wie als opdrachtnemer en opdrachtgever zullen optreden, wat de opdracht inhoudt en wat de vergoeding daarvoor zal zijn. Ook zal uit de opdrachtbevestiging volgen wanneer de opdracht begint en wanneer deze eindigt.
