They protect human rights and citizens against injustice by governments and companies. So we are not against lawyers. We simply take a fundamentally different view of the best way to work. We are grounded in deep legal expertise. We revolutionize the way legal matters are resolved. 

In 2015, we started by improving the contract experience. We put a lot of effort into building a portfolio of contracts and letters that are understandable for non-lawyers. They are also fair, which leads to fewer negotiations and fewer disputes. Our interactive questionnaires allow you to take the time to draft a contract properly.

In 2025, we took the next logical step in our evolution by officially splitting from our foundational law firm, Legalloyd. While Legalloyd continues to focus exclusively on complex, bespoke legal matters and litigation, our platform is moving forward independently as Legalflow. This separation allows us to eliminate role confusion for our users and gives our development team the total autonomy needed to accelerate innovation. By fully embracing the intersection of law, design, and technology without the traditional constraints and risk profiles of a law firm, we can focus 100% on what we do best: providing entrepreneurs with accessible, scalable, and guaranteed high-quality legal products.
