How can I pay for a contract or a subscription?
On our website, you can pay for products using iDEAL or a payment card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When do I pay for a contract?
Once you have selected a contract, you will be guided through a short questionnaire. You can pay for the contract at the end of this process. If you plan to draft multiple contracts, a subscription may be the more suitable option. Take a look at our subscriptions page to discover the benefits.
Which subscription plans does Legalflow offer?
We only offer yearly subscriptions, but we offer two different payment plans. You can choose between a one-time annual payment or monthly payments. In the latter option, the subscription cost is spread over 12 months.
How do I know if I’m choosing the right contract?
Each contract page contains detailed information about the contract and its intended use.
Who drafts the contracts?
The contracts are drafted by experienced Dutch lawyers at Legalloyd law firm. Once you complete the questionnaire, the contracts are automatically tailored to your needs by our software.
How do I draft a contract?
With our platform, you can create a contract in just a few minutes. Simply complete the questionnaire, and our software will tailor the contract to your needs based on your answers. Once finished, you can download the contract in PDF or Word (.docx) format. Your contract will also be saved in your account, so you can edit it further if needed. I don't know the answer to one of the questions. What should I do?
Your answers are saved automatically as you go. If you reach a question you are unable to answer, you can close the questionnaire at any time, find the information you need, and return later to continue where you left off. If you want to continue right away, you can enter a temporary placeholder such as [XXX] and edit it later.
Can I review and edit my contract at a later time?
Yes, you can make changes to a contract after it has been created, although this option is only available for a limited time. Without a subscription, or with a Start subscription, you can edit a contract for 14 days. With a Pro subscription, you can edit it for 90 days. To do so, go to “My Account”, open “Contracts”, and click the “Edit” button next to the relevant contract.
The contract I am looking for is not in the list. What do I do now?
If the contract is not listed, unfortunately we do not offer it at the moment. If you are unsure whether a contract is offered, please feel free to contact us via the contact page.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account, you can submit a request through the contact page. Once we have received your request, your data and documents will be removed from our system.

How do I manage my subscription?
Once you are logged in, you can manage your subscription through the user portal. To open the user portal, click “My Account” and then “Subscriptions”. There, you will find an overview of your subscriptions and can make any changes by clicking the “Manage subscription” button.
