Met een bruikleenovereenkomst kun je (als uitlener of bruiklener) vastleggen dat een zaak aan een ander kosteloos in gebruik wordt gegeven. De uitlener blijft de eigenaar, maar kan de zaak niet terugeisen voor het einde van deze overeenkomst. Je maakt in de bruikleenovereenkomst bijvoorbeeld afspraken over:

Hoe lang de bruiklener de zaak mag gebruiken;
Het doel waarvoor de zaak gebruikt mag worden.

Waarom heb ik het nodig?
