- what services the contractor will perform for the client;
- what the remuneration for the contractor will be; and
- payment terms.

Important tips
Be careful with alterations
This agreement matches the requirements, set out by de Belastingdienst. If you change the document yourself, it could be that de Belastingdienst will rule differently. If you want to make alterations or if the agreement does not work your style of working, contact us.
Stick to the contract
When your relationship with your client or contractor is friendly, it's temptuous to just 'go with it'. But the agreement is only 'applicable' when you work accordingly. If you don't do so, there's the risk that de Belastingdienst will assess your relationship as an employment relationship.

The assignment agreement is the contract wherein a client hires a service of the contractor. This contractor can be a freelancer, but he can also have employees.
